Job summary

Outerlimit Group Ltd. is seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to secure a Microsoft 365 environment and keep colleagues productive across a hybrid London/remote setup.

You will manage user accounts, Exchange Online, Intune, ABM and provide first- and second-line support for a mix of Windows and macOS devices. You’ll grow with us, with learning support including Microsoft certifications and opportunities to influence security, compliance and process improvements in a cloud-first, modern Microsoft

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Solid Exchange Online experience and mail flow troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Azure/Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Experience managing devices with Intune and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience supporting a hybrid or remote workforce.
• Clear communicator with non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Microsoft 365 tenant (users, groups, licences, roles).
• Administer Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive with permissions and policies.
• Monitor service health and impact on users.
• Manage mailboxes, distribution lists, retention policies.
• Configure mail flow rules and security policies.
• Manage identities and sign-in with Entra ID; MFA and CA.
• Enroll and manage devices via Intune; ABM integration.
• Provide first- and second-line support for a hybrid team.
• Write knowledge base articles and user guides.
• Support security and compliance frameworks.
