Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the service across all outlets. You will lead, coach and inspire a team to deliver a consistent 5 Michelin star guest experience, while maintaining superb knowledge of food, wines and allergy requirements.

This role carries responsibility for rosters, stock control, supplier relations and achieving revenue and quality goals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the restaurant service.
• Responsible for managing the rotas/staffing levels.
• Responding to guest queries and complaints.
• Lead, manage and inspire the team to provide a 1 Michelin star guest experience.
• Training and development of staff using company procedures.
• Recruiting team members.
• Undertake monthly stock takes and oversee ordering of stock.
• Work closely with suppliers and hotel teams to ensure guests have the best experience.
• Maintain revenue, profitability and quality goals.
• Ensure H&S, allergen laws and hygiene ratings are met.
