Qualifications

• Experience leading FOH teams in fine-dining environments.
• Proven track record in Michelin-standard settings.
• Strong wine knowledge and guest guidance skills.
• Excellent communication and staff coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH team to deliver Michelin-standard service daily.
• Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service execution.
• Maintain top quality, consistency and guest care.
• Manage wine service, recommendations and upselling.
• Build relationships with guests and respond to feedback.
• Recruit, train and develop team members for potential.
• Manage rotas and service planning for peak periods.
• Collaborate with kitchen for seamless service delivery.
