Job summary

Mint People is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Knutsford for a prestigious multi-rosette restaurant with Michelin-level standards. You will be hands-on on the floor, supporting daily operations and helping maintain an exceptional guest experience.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and senior team, you’ll lead the front-of-house, develop the team and contribute to a quality-driven operation, with clear progression opportunities and long-term stability.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-rosette and Michelin-standard restaurants.
• Confident, hands-on leader with a strong floor presence.
• Excellent attention to detail across service and presentation.
• Passionate about guest experience and team development.
• Organised and calm under pressure during busy services.
• Ambitious and keen to progress into a senior management role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
