Job summary

Mint People is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Knutsford to drive a high-calibre front-of-house operation in a Michelin-backed venue. You will lead from the floor, mentor the team and ensure every guest journey reflects the restaurant’s ambition and standards.

The role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in Michelin-starred or multi-rosette settings, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences within a quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Michelin-starred and multi-rosette restaurants.
• Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style.
• Exceptional attention to detail across service, standards and presentation.
• Confident managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Commercially aware with experience of budgets, rotas and GP control.
• Passionate about hospitality, guest experience and team culture.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day restaurant operations to the highest standards.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences consistently.
• Managing, training and developing the front-of-house team.
• Working closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service.
