Job summary

Pure Talent Group in the Nottingham area is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with MFD/photocopier exposure to support clients across Nottingham, Derby and South Yorkshire. You will respond to service calls, diagnose faults, perform repairs, and install new devices to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven MFD support experience, strong faultfinding and communication skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform repairs on MFD equipment.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs through cleaning, adjustment, or part replacement.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Install new devices and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with technical support teams.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
