Job summary

Hireful is seeking a hands-on MFP Service Engineer to join our field-based service team in the Sheffield area. You will install, maintain and repair multifunction printers, diagnose faults and deliver excellent customer support to local business customers.

You’ll carry out preventative maintenance, train customers, manage van stock and service records while meeting SLAs. A valid UK driving licence and GCSE Maths (or equivalent) are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven electromechanical skills and experience servicing MFPs or printers to component level.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and Office proficiency.

Responsibilities
