Job summary

Pure Talent Group, a premium, well-established print and document solutions dealer in Lancashire / North West, is seeking a MFD / Photocopier Field Service Engineer. You will service, repair, and install devices at customer sites, diagnosing hardware, software and network faults, while configuring printers, scanners, and workflows.

The role requires strong fault-finding, IT literacy (Windows, TCP/IP, print servers), and the ability to work independently in the field; a full UK driving licence is

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photocopier / Printer Field Service Engineer.
• Strong fault-finding ability (mechanical, electrical, IT).
• Good understanding of IT systems, including Windows environments, TCP/IP networking, print drivers and print servers.
• Experience with leading brands (Canon, Ricoh, Kyocera, etc.).
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Full UK driving licence.
