Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader for its Micro Fulfilment Centre in the UK. You will recruit, train and manage operations supervisors and associates, oversee inventory control and order fulfilment, and drive performance with a focus on customer experience and cost efficiency.

In this fast-paced role you will own P&L for the MFC, uphold safety and compliance, and lead improvements using data analytics. A strong leader with attention to detail is essential to succeed in a dynamic retail/logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing or logistics.
• Strong organisational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in using data analytics for continuous operational improvements.
• Willing to travel as necessary and work weekends and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operations supervisors and associates to deliver best-in-class order fulfilment.
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy and replenishment processes.
• Monitor order accuracy and timeliness within the micro fulfilment centre.
• Maintain high customer service standards and address escalations promptly.
• Take full P&L responsibility for the MFC's financial performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance and regular quality inspections.
• Track KPIs and implement action plans to meet targets.
