Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader for its Micro Fulfilment Centre in Salford. You will drive operations, lead a team of supervisors and associates, and ensure world-class customer order fulfilment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, order accuracy, KPI tracking, and full P&L responsibility with a focus on safety and compliance. The role requires 3+ years of managerial experience, data analytics skills, and willingness to travel, including weekends and late

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing or logistics.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong process focus with experience in operational excellence and delivering on compliance.
• Proficiency in using data analytics and tools for continuous operational improvements.
• Willing to travel as necessary to fulfil day-to-day duties.
• Able to work weekends and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of operations supervisors and associates.
• Oversee inventory control to minimise out-of-stock and overstock through accurate stock levels and replenishment processes.
• Monitor and optimise order fulfilment accuracy and timeliness within the MFC.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and address inquiries and escalations promptly.
• Take full P&L responsibility for MFC financial performance and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and promote a safe working environment.
• Track KPIs related to order fulfilment, inventory management, and team productivity; develop and execute improvement plans.
