Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader for a Micro Fulfilment Centre in the UK. You will lead a team of supervisors and associates, drive inventory control, and optimise order fulfilment to boost customer satisfaction. The role carries full P&L responsibility and requires strong operational discipline.

You will use data analytics to identify improvements, champion safety, and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining a people-first culture. Weekend and late-night work are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing or logistics.
• Proven ability to lead a fast-paced team with strong organisational skills.
• Experience using data analytics to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and associates in a fast-paced MFC environment.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and replenishment processes to minimise stock issues.
• Monitor order fulfilment and customer experience, driving timely delivery.
• Manage P&L and cost efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Analyse KPIs and implement action plans to hit targets.
