Job summary

Catering in Winsford is seeking an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fitter for a permanent, 40-hour week role, Monday to Friday. This position offers a salary around £45,000 per annum, with an individual bonus and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

You will dismantle and refit parts to high standards, report unseen damage, and perform 4 wheel alignment, ADAS, suspension work, GEO, and diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have prior MET experience, with ATA/NVQ advantageous but not essential,

Qualifications

• Have Previous experience as MET Technician / Strip Fitter.
• ATA/NVQ is advantageous but not essential.
• Hybrid Trained.
• ADAS Accredited.

Responsibilities

• Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard.
• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed.
• Report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as it’s identified.
• 4 wheel alignment, ADAS, Suspension work, GEO, diagnostics and all mechanical work.

MET Technician, Strip and Fit, Bodyshop Technician

Our client, a busy Bodyshop/Accident Repair Centre in the Winsfordarea are currently looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced MET Technician.

Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:

• Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed
• To report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as its identified
