Job summary

Our client, a busy Bodyshop/Accident Repair Centre in the Winsford area, is looking to expand its MET Technician team. The role involves removing and refitting parts to high standards, dismantling and rebuilding vehicles as instructed, and reporting unseen damage promptly.

Experience in MET Technician/Strip Fitter roles is expected; ATA/NVQ is advantageous. The position is based in Winsford, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with circa £45,000 per annum and a 25 days holiday entitlement plus

• Have previous experience as an MET Technician/Strip Fitter.
• ATA/NVQ is advantageous but not essential.
• Hybrid Trained.
• ADAS Accredited.

Responsibilities

• Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard.
• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed.
• To report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as it's identified.
• 4 wheel alignment, ADAS, Suspension work, GEO, diagnostics and all mechanical work.
