Job description
Overview

Due to their continued growth, this company is looking to recruit somebody who is passionate about their job and enjoys working within a close-knit team. They repair some of the most innovative vehicles ever made. You must be energetic, highly organised and smart working, and have a real passion for delivering great quality repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Competently dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles to an exceptionally high standard
  • Responsible for strip and fitment of all mechanical, electrical and trim components
  • Must have the ability to do mechanical repairs - aircon, radiators, suspension, etc.
  • Be comfortable working on a wide range of vehicles (we repair all makes/models of cars, vans, HGVs, prestige vehicles, classic cars, etc.)
  • Have the ability to work to a job card within the estimated time frame
  • Photograph & record each stage of your repair process
  • Perform road tests (where required)
  • Work must be carried out to BS1015 accreditation
Experience and Skills
  • Must be able to prioritise your work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high workload
  • Follow correct repair methods
  • Reliable & self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications

Qualifications such as ATA/IMI/NVQ/VCQ would be an advantage. However, we really love speaking to any applicants who have a wealth of experience within the Motor Industry. We will provide company-funded training to the successful candidate, if required.

Package
  • Basic salary will depend on experience. There is an uncapped bonus system enabling OTE of up to £70,000
  • 45 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday (no weekends or compulsory overtime)
  • Uncapped Bonus system
