Job summary

Unlimit in London is seeking a proactive professional to lead the onboarding of merchants, business accounts, individual accounts, and crypto clients, including KYC/KYB procedures. You will coordinate documentation and serve as the main contact through the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely progress.

You will collaborate with Risk and AML teams, translate complex client models into compliant onboarding plans, and build long‑term relationships to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of onboarding, account management, or customer support experience, preferably in payments, banking, or crypto.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams and management levels.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of merchants, business accounts, individual accounts, and crypto clients, including KYC/KYB procedures.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate agreements and onboarding documentation.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely progress.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business models, including crypto-related use cases, and apply strong product and technical knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional, long‑term relationships to ensure an excellent client experience.
• Manage end‑to‑end merchant and account registration process with internal teams and external contractors.
• Work with Risk and AML teams to ensure all client profiles meet regulatory and internal standards; provide first‑line approvals.
• Conduct due diligence checks and assess business, operational, and compliance risks; support or perform technical setup; identify onboarding inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
