Crown Agents Bank Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Manager to deliver a streamlined onboarding experience for clients, coordinating KYC, regulatory and back-office setup to enable first trades and payments.

You will collect data from internal and external stakeholders, manage the onboarding journey end-to-end, and maintain accurate MI. The role includes hybrid working and exposure to FX, payments and SWIFT integration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent banking experience.
• Experience in client facing and onboarding roles.
• CDD experience is advantageous.
• FX and Payments experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Track client progress through the onboarding lifecycle.
• Coordinate KYC activities and platform setups for onboarding.
• Facilitate FX, Payments, SWIFT, accounts and wallets setup.
• Gather information to establish trading relationships.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with teams to complete tasks before first trade.
• Escalate issues and propose solutions as needed.
• Handover onboarding to Client Services when required.
• Maintain data for MI reporting and performance updates.
• Identify and escalate potential onboarding controls issues.
