Job summary

Somerce is a TikTok Shop specialist agency helping beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands achieve GMV growth in the UK, US and EU. You will lead strategy and delivery for a portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop, driving performance and growth with a hands-on, numbers-driven approach.

The role emphasizes trading, merchandising and affiliate strategy, with accountability for planning, execution and insights. Hybrid work in London or Manchester, with high-ownership and rapid progression.

Qualifications

Proven experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising or online retail.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, AOV growth, promotional mechanics and product lifecycle management.
Comfortable working with performance data and GMV targets.
Commercially minded with strong decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of e-commerce brands on TikTok Shop.
Lead strategy, performance and delivery for clients.
Build clear, commercially grounded TikTok Shop growth plans.
Translate business goals into weekly and monthly trading actions.
Own trading calendars aligned to promotions, launches and key retail moments.
Lead product merchandising strategy across selection, bundling, pricing and promotions.
Analyse affiliate performance and optimise creator trading strategies.
Forecast GMV and trading performance based on data.
