Job summary

Walker & Sloan is partnering with a design & build contractor to recruit a Technical Services Manager for Bristol. The role centers on leading MEP, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring robust, integrated building services throughout pre-construction and live delivery.

You will oversee mechanical and electrical aspects, drive design development, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover, and contribute to project outcomes with senior teams across fast-moving

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical building services.
• Significant construction industry experience.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead all mechanical and electrical aspects from pre-construction through handover.
• Coordinate MEP packages and ensure full integration into programme.
• Review designs and challenge where appropriate to avoid on-site issues.
• Provide technical leadership across design development and delivery phases.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, design managers, and specialists.
