Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Lead Technical Services Manager to drive the technical delivery of a major Bristol retrofit and refurbishment scheme. You will own all building services (MEP) activities, coordinating with client, designers and construction teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, comprehensive MEP knowledge, and a track record of delivering large-scale commercial developments.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a Technical Services Manager or Lead Technical Services Manager role within commercial fit-out, refurbishment or major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health building services systems.
• Experience delivering complex MEP packages on large-scale commercial developments.
• Excellent technical, coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Lead all technical services activities throughout construction and commissioning phases.
• Manage and coordinate MEP consultants, specialist subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Review and manage design information for technical compliance, buildability and programme.
• Drive coordination of building services with architectural and structural elements.
• Oversee procurement, installation and commissioning activities to ensure delivery.
• Manage technical queries, design changes and project risks with proactive solutions.
• Chair technical workshops and coordination meetings with consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against programme milestones and mitigate delays.
• Ensure works meet quality standards, statutory requirements and client expectations.
• Lead testing, commissioning and handover processes and ensure documentation.
• Support wider project team in delivering a safe, efficient and technically excellent project.
