Job summary

Walker & Sloan are recruiting an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the MEP and technical delivery across a varied Bristol portfolio. The role covers pre-construction through to handover, coordinating with Project Managers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure robust, fully integrated building services packages that meet programme and client expectations.

You will be commercially aware, technically strong, and comfortable guiding design development and procurement on fast-moving

Qualifications

Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical building services within construction.
Experience leading MEP packages on design & build projects.
Commercial awareness and ability to coordinate with clients and senior teams.

Responsibilities

Lead all mechanical and electrical aspects from pre-construction through handover.
Coordinate MEP packages with Project Managers, Design Managers, consultants and subcontractors.
Review designs, ensure robust, fully coordinated building services.
Influence technical delivery and ensure alignment with programme, quality and client expectations.
