Job summary

Walker & Sloan Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the MEP and technical services across a varied portfolio of design & build projects in Bristol. You will oversee mechanical and electrical delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring packages are fully coordinated and aligned with the programme and client expectations.

Qualifications

Strong background within mechanical and/or electrical building services.
Experience reviewing technical designs and coordinating MEP packages.
Ability to manage consultants and subcontractors across projects.

Responsibilities

Lead on all mechanical and electrical aspects from pre-construction to handover.
Coordinate MEP packages to ensure robust, fully coordinated delivery.
Provide technical leadership and challenge designs where needed to meet programme and client expectations.
Review technical designs and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors throughout construction.
Influence technical delivery across both pre-construction and live projects.
