Walker & Sloan are recruiting an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the MEP and technical services across a Bristol-based portfolio of design & build projects.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, Design Managers, consultants and specialist subcontractors from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring robust, fully coordinated packages that meet programme, quality and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical building services.
• Experience in the construction industry with relevant project exposure.
• Experience in roles such as Technical Services Manager, MEP Manager, Building Services Manager or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead on all mechanical and electrical aspects from pre-construction to handover.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Design Managers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Review technical designs, coordinate MEP packages and resolve complex building services challenges.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure delivery aligns with programme, quality and client expectations.
• Influence pre-construction and live project delivery to drive successful outcomes.
