Working with an established contractor's commercial team, you will forecast costs, handle variations, and report on financial performance while collaborating with operations and technical specialists to deliver a high-value,

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or specialist M&E contractor.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience working with NEC contracts.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractor accounts and project costs effectively.
• A proactive, professional approach with strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Commercial management of MEP packages from procurement through to final account.
• Administration of NEC contracts and management of contractual obligations.
• Subcontractor procurement, valuations and payments.
• Cost reporting, forecasting and financial management.
• Management of variations, change control and commercial risk.
• Working collaboratively with operational and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
