Job summary

HDS Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team delivering large-scale data centre projects in London. You will manage commercial planning, tender reviews, and cost control while overseeing subcontractor and supplier agreements.

In this fast-paced environment, you will monitor performance, deliver on budget, and provide accurate cost reporting and contractual advice. A strong background in MEP projects and procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (SCSI / RICS recognised)
• 6+ years’ experience, ideally on large data centre or M&E projects
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding (FIDIC, JCT, RIAI etc.)
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects to maximise commercial returns
• Lead commercial planning, tender reviews, and cost control procedures
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements
• Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Provide accurate cost reporting and contractual advice
