Qualifications

• Previous experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor or specialist M&E contractor.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Experience working with NEC contracts.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractor accounts and project costs effectively.
• A proactive, professional approach with strong communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major healthcare development in Bedford, involving the construction of a new five-to-six-storey medical facility with an MEP package valued at approximately £15 million.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages, working closely with the wider project delivery and commercial teams.
