Job summary

Crown House Technologies, CHt, part of the Laing O\'Rourke Group, is delivering major infrastructure projects such as Hinkley Point C. We are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage costs, risk and commercial delivery across allocated MEP packages within a £175m scope.

You will support subcontract procurement, prepare cost reports, monitor budgets and change, and build strong relationships with clients and supply chain to drive successful project outcomes in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Experience as an MEPQS on infrastructure projects preferred.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor costs, forecasts, budgets, risks and opportunities.
• Assist with subcontract procurement, administration, valuations, payments, change and final accounts.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and commercial reporting.
