Role Overview

The M&E Project Manager will oversee the full delivery cycle of allocated projects, ensuring they are completed to programme, budget and quality standards. This role requires strong coordination, leadership, commercial awareness and an ability to manage technical detail in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from pre-construction through to final handover.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and day-to-day activities to keep works aligned with the project schedule.
  • Lead design reviews, technical evaluations and value-engineering initiatives.
  • Oversee procurement, cost control, variations, forecasting and project reporting.
  • Ensure all works comply with health & safety legislation, industry standards and internal procedures.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and key project stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures and monitor controls.
  • Provide input into tendering, planning and programme development for upcoming projects.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and encourage best practice across all delivery teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • HND / HNC / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Construction-related discipline.
  • SMSTS, CSCS or equivalent site management certification.
  • Demonstrable experience managing M&E projects with subcontractor or specialist contractor environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Good commercial understanding with ability to balance programme, quality and cost effectively.
  • Experience delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, hospitality, healthcare, industrial or similar environments.
