Job summary

Accord Appointments Ltd is seeking a dedicated Coach/Mentor to support young people through coaching, mentoring and employment readiness. The role involves building trusted relationships, managing caseloads and creating actionable plans to help individuals progress into work.

You will provide one-to-one coaching, prepare candidates for interviews and collaborate with employers and training providers to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in coaching, mentoring, employment, recruitment, resourcing, youth work, education, training or a similar support role.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships that motivate young people to achieve their goals.
• Manage a caseload and create clear, achievable action plans.
• Provide one-to-one coaching.
• Help participants prepare for interviews and transition successfully into work.
• Work with employers to identify suitable opportunities.
• Provide ongoing in-work coaching to help participants settle and develop.
• Work with Employers, training providers and other local partners.
• Keep accurate records
