Job summary

Elite Motor Talent is looking for a Coach / Mentor to support participants on their journey to employment. You will build trust, coach individuals one-to-one, help with interview prep, and coordinate with employers to find opportunities.

You will manage a caseload, set clear action plans, maintain records, and ensure safeguarding and confidentiality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Candidates experienced in coaching, mentoring, employment, recruitment, resourcing, youth work, education, training or similar support roles.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships that motivate participants to achieve their goals.
• Manage a caseload and create clear, achievable action plans.
• Provide one-to-one coaching.
• Help participants prepare for interviews and transition into work.
• Work with employers to identify suitable opportunities.
