Job summary

Elite Motor Talent seeks a Coach/Mentor to support young people in achieving their goals through personalised coaching and action plans. You will manage a caseload, provide one-to-one coaching, and prepare participants for interviews while building relationships with employers and local partners.

You will work with teams to help participants settle into work, develop skills, and maintain accurate records of progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, employment, recruitment, or related support roles.
• Ability to build trust, manage a caseload, meet targets and stay organized.
• Proficient with digital systems and maintaining records; safeguarding and confidentiality.
