Job summary

Elite Motor Talent seeks a Coach/Mentor to support individuals in achieving goals, building trusted relationships, and crafting clear action plans.

You will manage a caseload, provide one-to-one coaching, help participants prepare for interviews and transition into work, and collaborate with employers and local partners to create opportunities. Precise records and safeguarding are essential.
