Job summary

Accord Appointments Ltd is recruiting a Coach / Mentor to support job seekers, build trusted relationships and guide participants toward employment.

You will manage a caseload, provide one-to-one coaching, help with interview preparation and work with employers and training partners to identify opportunities.

The role offers development programmes and a supportive team with a strong track record of progression and impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, employment support or youth work.
• Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse participants.
• Ability to manage a caseload, meet targets and stay organised.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships that motivate young people to achieve their goals.
• Manage a caseload and create clear, achievable action plans.
• Provide one-to-one coaching.
• Help participants prepare for interviews and transition to work.
• Work with employers to identify suitable opportunities.
• Provide ongoing in-work coaching to help participants settle and develop.
• Work with employers, training providers and local partners.
• Keep accurate records.
