Job summary

Accord Appointments Ltd partnered with Elite Motor Talent to recruit a Coach/Mentor. You will build trusted relationships, manage a caseload, provide one-to-one coaching and help participants prepare for interviews and transitions into work.

You will collaborate with employers and training providers, provide ongoing coaching, and maintain accurate records while supporting young people toward employment opportunities.

• Coaching, mentoring, employment, recruitment, resourcing, youth work, education, training or a similar type of support role.
