Elite Motor Talent is seeking a Coach/Mentor to support young people in achieving career goals. The role focuses on one-to-one coaching, interview prep and transition into work, working with employers and partners to identify suitable opportunities.

You will manage a caseload, build trust, and maintain accurate records while upholding safeguarding and equality standards. The position offers a supportive team environment and clear development paths.

Qualifications

• Ability to build trust and connect with participants, employers and partners.
• Proven capability to manage targets, stay organised and communicate clearly.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, employment services or youth work is ideal.

Responsabilités

Coach / Mentor

• Help participants prepare for interviews and transition successfully into work.
• Work with employers to identify suitable opportunities.
• Provide ongoing in-work coaching to help participants settle and develop.
• Work with Employers, training providers and other local partners.
• Keep accurate records

Candidates that have experience in coaching, mentoring, employment, recruitment, resourcing, youth work, education, training or a similar type of support role then you will have in this job.
