Job summary

Accord Appointments Ltd is seeking a Coach/Mentor to support young people into sustainable work. You will build trusted relationships, assess needs, and create clear action plans, guiding participants through interview prep and into employment.

You will also collaborate with employers, training providers and partners, providing ongoing in-work coaching and maintaining thorough records to track progress.

Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in coaching, mentoring, employment, recruitment, resourcing, youth work, education or similar support roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one coaching.
