Northern Healthcare Limited's Moss Lodge in Rochdale is seeking compassionate Mental Health Support Workers to join a modern 24/7 supported living service. You will help residents build confidence, develop independence and reach goals in a safe, recovery-focused environment.

We offer a starting hourly rate of £12.91, funded training, DBS, career progression and a supportive team. Previous care experience is welcome but values like patience and empathy matter most.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient approach to supporting adults with mental health needs.
• Active listening and effective communication with residents.
• Reliability and flexibility to work in a 24/7 service.

Responsabilités

• Support residents to build confidence and independence.
• Assist with daily routines, appointments, medications and budgeting.
• Encourage participation in activities, education or community engagements.
• Deliver person-centred support plans alongside colleagues.
• Record progress and celebrate achievements with residents.
