Looking for a role where you can make a real difference?
At Northern Healthcare, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, develop independence and feel part of their community.
We're looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to join our friendly team at Moss Lodge in Rochdale, supporting adults with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building genuine relationships, getting out and about, organising activities and helping others make the most of their day.
If you're looking for part-time work that fits around your lifestyle this could be the role for you.
No two days will be exactly the same! You'll provide practical, emotional and person-centred support, helping individuals work towards their goals and enjoy greater independence.
A key part of this role will be supporting people to access the community, attend appointments and take part in meaningful activities.
Sometimes the smallest things can make the biggest difference.
It could be accompanying someone to an appointment they've been anxious about, helping someone try a new activity, going out for a coffee, encouraging someone to socialise or simply taking the time to listen.
At Moss Lodge, you'll help people build confidence, develop independence and enjoy meaningful experiences in a welcoming supported living environment.
You don't necessarily need previous experience in mental health.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude and values.
Experience in mental health, care, support work or a similar environment is desirable, but we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
At Northern Healthcare, people come first. We're passionate about helping individuals live fulfilling lives while ensuring our colleagues feel valued, supported and able to develop.

If you're looking for a rewarding part-time role where you can spend your days supporting people, getting out into the community, attending appointments and creating meaningful activities, we'd love to hear from you.
Whether you're experienced in care or looking to start a new career, this is an opportunity to do something that genuinely matters.
Putting people first. Changing lives.
