The service supports up to 18 adults with mental health needs, autism and learning disabilities in their own ensuite rooms, alongside welcoming communal kitchens, comfortable lounge areas, activity spaces and a private garden. Situated close to Rochdale town centre, the service gives the people we support easy access to local amenities while providing a safe, recovery-focused environment.
This isn't a job where every day looks the same-and that's what makes it rewarding.
You'll support people to build confidence, develop independence and achieve goals that are meaningful to them.
Recording progress and celebrating every achievement, no matter how small.
As our services continue to evolve to meet people's needs, there may also be occasions where personal care support is required. Full training and guidance will always be provided.
Experience is welcome-but it's your compassion, patience and willingness to learn that matter most.
From your very first day, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.
Many of our leaders started as Support Workers.
