David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is looking for a Membership Support Advisor in Hatfield to handle member queries across Chat, Telephone and Email.

You will process queries accurately and deliver outstanding service from a dedicated hub, with shifts from 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00 in a busy, team-focused environment. The role requires prior outbound calling experience, excellent customer service, and a drive to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Previous call centre experience would be desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
