Frasers Group is seeking an energetic membership sales assistant at our Bromborough gym. You will engage prospects, convert enquiries into memberships, and drive renewals while promoting food & beverage, retail and fitness product sales.

You will build relationships to retain members and deliver tailored gym tours, aligning offers with individual goals. You will also support opening/closing, uphold hygiene and gym standards, and participate in brand initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional experience to every prospect, member and guest to maximise sales and retention.
• Proactively drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and additional spend (food & beverage, retail, fitness products).
• Convert enquiries into memberships through confident handling and follow-up.
• Support member retention by building relationships and recommending relevant products/services.
• Conduct tailored gym tours aligned to individual goals and upsell accordingly.
• Achieve and exceed club KPIs and act as a trusted brand ambassador.
