Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a proactive Membership Sales Manager to recruit, train and lead a team of Membership Advisors, driving growth via phone calls, emails and social media. You will oversee the full sales process from lead generation to follow-up, ensuring prospective members understand benefits and costs.

You’ll work with the Event Sales Manager to promote local initiatives and take duty manager shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, hospitality management, public relations or sales is desirable.
• Experience in sales management.
• Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Membership Advisors and drive sales growth through phone, email and social channels.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to follow-up and conversion.
• Collaborate with the Event Sales Manager to promote local sales initiatives.
• Take on Duty Manager shifts and provide leadership during operations.
