The Club Company is seeking a proactive Membership Sales Advisor to join our team in East Grinstead. You will provide information about facilities, membership packages and pricing, in person or by phone, and drive membership retention through follow-ups with existing members.

Responsibilities include managing the sales process from lead generation to outreach, handling inquiries, conducting orientation for new members, tours, and processing applications.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Sales experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation programmes for new members and provide tours for prospective members.
• Cross-sell, upsell and contribute to monthly lead generation targets.
