Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering standout customer experiences and driving memberships and retention. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding prospects and supporting current members with a friendly, professional approach.

You'll conduct tailored tours, promote services, handle enquiries, and collaborate with the team to hit sales targets while upholding the club's standards and member engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
