Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Sales Host to grow our membership base by delivering outstanding member experiences and driving sales. You will act as a brand ambassador, support retention, and promote products and services to help members achieve their goals.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fitness, customer service and sales, with strong communication skills and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Flexible with working hours including weekends and bank holidays.
• Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles.
• Experience using sales or membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospects into members through engaging tours and consultations.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and add-ons.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals.
• Follow up inquiries to maximise membership conversions.
• Build relationships to improve retention and engagement.
• Support club sales targets and campaigns.
