Parkwood Leisure Limited in Twickenham is seeking a Sales Manager for TW2 Health and Fitness Club. This full-time leadership role drives membership sales and retention, leading a team of Membership Advisors and collaborating with Fitness and Front of House teams to deliver an outstanding member experience from day one.

You will lead the full sales pipeline, run local marketing outreach, conduct club tours, and implement retention strategies to reduce churn.

Formación

• 2–3 years in sales or retention management within UK health/fitness or leisure sectors
• Proven track record in hitting targets and retaining customers
• Experience using health club management software
• Experience supervising a team in a target-driven environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead Membership Sales and Revenue Growth from inbound and outbound channels
• Manage and mentor the sales team to hit targets
• Conduct tours and conversions with consultative selling
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and open days
• Develop retention strategies to reduce churn and improve engagement
• Oversee onboarding journeys and address member feedback
• Partner with fitness teams to build club community
• Report weekly/monthly sales and net member movement
• Optimize CRM data and membership packages to maximize yield
