Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom seeks a Sales Host to drive membership growth and deliver outstanding member experiences. The role acts as a brand ambassador, supporting commercial goals while serving members, guests and prospects with energy and professionalism.

This position is maternity cover until 31 October 2027, with opportunities to promote retention, upgrades and additional spend while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Promote products and services available within the club.
• Actively support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
• Represent the Everlast Gyms brand with energy and professionalism.
• Support day-to-day operation of the club and act as a key holder when required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Assist with gym resets and operational tasks where required.
• Utilise membership and CRM systems to manage enquiries and member information.
• Work collaboratively with the wider club team to achieve business goals.
• Support national campaigns, challenges and initiatives.
