Job summary

Virgin Active in London is seeking a Sales Membership Manager to lead the Experience team and drive membership sales while ensuring excellent service and GDPR-compliant administration.

You will manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and generate clear reports for senior leadership, including the General Manager and Regional Director. This role supports a high-energy club environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong people management and organisational skills.
• Proven track record of surpassing financial targets.
• Experience from a Sales/KPI driven background would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experience team to deliver exceptional service and meet daily budgets.
• Handle membership inquiries promptly and manage escalations.
• Oversee membership administration with accuracy and GDPR compliance.
• Be accountable for all sales at your club, achieving budgets for volume, revenue and joining fees.
• Monitor membership results daily/weekly/monthly using our systems.
• Produce reports and analysis for GM, Regional Business Director and leadership.
• Cover Duty Shift as needed and lead by example in club management.
