Job summary

PWN London, a leading professional network, is seeking a Head of Membership to grow its community and Premium membership. You will drive engagement, conversions, events, and partnerships while owning membership growth.

The role requires a commercially minded, proactive self-starter capable of building processes from the ground up. You will collaborate across Marketing, Events, Programmes and Corporate Partnerships to deliver value, monitor KPIs, and report to the Board.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and ability to convert interest into action.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfort with data, metrics and CRM usage to drive engagement.

Responsibilities
