• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospects to members through exceptional experiences.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend.
• Conduct customised club tours aligned to fitness goals.
• Handle enquiries and follow up leads to maximise conversions.
• Build relationships to improve retention and engagement.
