Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maximize every member and guest’s experience in our club.
2. Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
3. Contribute to cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as needed.
4. Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts when required.
5. Understand and operate the membership software system.
6. Stay updated with current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate accordingly.
7. Assist the Fitness Manager with gym floor activities.
8. Experience the products and services offered.
9. Maintain cleanliness of facilities above expectations, actively participating in club upkeep with team support.
10. Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
11. Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
